- The Help Desk is staffed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Help Desk representatives respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours. Hospitals should plan ahead to ensure they have a security code and are able to access the survey well in advance of any survey deadlines.

Beginning in March 2015, Leapfrog will once again offer the Hospital Survey Users Group. For an annual fee of $150, hospitals will have access to all Users Group benefits for the 2015 Survey Cycle (March-December 2014). The Users Group is in addition to Leapfrog’s Survey Help Desk which continues to provide free technical assistance to hospitals. The Users Group is designed for hospitals that would like a more interactive approach to understanding the survey, measure specifications, and scoring algorithms.
